1 Definitions

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 898apk Services, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 898apk Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 898apk is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration data provided by a Player.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All currency conversions, where applicable, are processed at rates determined by 898apk and are non-negotiable.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 898apk offers bonuses, promotions, cashback schemes, reload offers, and seasonal incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's supplementary terms state otherwise:

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 898apk Platform. 8 Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming 898apk staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. 11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data or corruption of data;

• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain Account security;
• Losses resulting from a Force Majeure event.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 898apk makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

12 Termination & Suspension

898apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Extended Account inactivity (an Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; dormant Accounts may incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 10.000 deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated).

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 898apk support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification and standard fraud checks.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the internal policies of 898apk. Players acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction and agree that it is their personal responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws applicable in their place of residence or access.

Any dispute between a Player and 898apk that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 898apk support team shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents 898apk from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

898apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, 898apk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification within the Platform or via the email address registered to the Player's Account. Continued use of the 898apk Platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes the Player's acceptance of those changes.

Players are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate voluntary Account closure.
